Our Warmsite Replication service provides for the pre-planned recovery of system, data, and application functionality.  This service is designed for businesses that can live with some data loss and anticipated downtime in their mission-critical environments. Recovery time can take from 30 minutes to 8 hours. Data is synchronized between sites infrequently or via periodic update from backup tapes or a data vault service account. Warmsite service is the most cost effective way to prepare for IT disaster recovery. Although it's not a real-time backup, the pre-planning benefit significantly reduces the many variables which can keep an organization from recovering from a disaster quickly.

Our Hotsite Replication service anticipates the need for the immediate recovery of system, data, and application functionality.  Hotsite Replication service is designed for businesses that have a short Recovery Time Objective and a critical Recovery Point Objective who cannot tolerate downtime in their mission-critical environment. Recovery time can take 1 to 5 minutes and data is continuously synchronized between sites using server clustering or replication software at both sites. Hotsite Replication is the best possible way to prepare in advance for IT business continuity and disaster recovery, where the systems must remain available at all times, or be restored to operation in the shortest possible timeframe. 

Hotsite Replication standby systems are synchronized via a VPN or a private network connection from your primary production system to the secondary system located in our data center. System hardware is provided by the customer or can be provisioned for your use by Another 9 ® .  Production servers are synchronized over the network using the most appropriate replication software solution for your application.
