Space:
Situated in a hardened, subterranean location, our colocation facility was originally designed as a mainframe bunker in the 1970's for an international corporation. Today this secure data center helps provide our clients with the offsite data backup services and data disaster recovery solutions they require.

Colocation Services:
We deliver colocation and NOC Services including fully managed IT support. Concierge style services are tailored to our client's individual needs. Services range from traditional web hosting to an array of managed solutions such as data archiving and business continuity, as well as disaster recovery services such as offsite data backup, online data replication and hot site replication. We offer scalable colocation space - from a single rack-unit or server shelf - to secure, locked cabinets and custom sized cage and private suites. We also offer contingency operations space on contract basis. Our business continuance center can accommodate people space requirements as small as 2 seats.

Connectivity:
Our colocation facility, The Bunker, is a carrier-class, datacom carrier hotel facility. We offer diverse-path fiber connectivity from four providers. We maintain an OC-48 RCN, an OC-48 with Lightpath, OC-12 and OC-3 with Verizon and an OC-12 with MFS/MCI.  We provide our customers the benefit of private NAP connectivity to Abovenet and Lightpath/Cablevision.  Our clients may provision bandwidth from the providers of their choice.

Power:
Our colocation facility is served by multiple power feeders served by automatic transfer switches. Our service includes complete Liebert UPS systems with diesel backup power generation.  Cabinets and suites may be ordered with redundant power feeds of 120V, 208V or 220V circuits. Our stock colocation cabinets are pre-wired for 120V 20A circuits.

NOC Services:
Our Network Operations Center provides complete 24/7 monitoring and support services. We offer a variety of service packages to meet your needs, from simple resets and remote eyes and hands to real-time availability, performance monitoring and reporting.

Security:
Our colocation facility security includes motion detectors, temperature, current and humidity sensors, air sniffers, web and video surveillance. All doors are controlled by card access system and we require all visitors to provide photo identification.

Customer Access:
Unlimited visits, 24/7 - with proper authorization codes. Remote access by VPN or private line.

Remote Hands Service:
Staffing your operational assurance efforts with your own trained technicians to handle colocation, offsite backup, online data replication, disaster recovery, patch management and hot site replication needs seven days a week, 24 hours a day is inefficient and costly. As our customer, you have 24 hour access to our trained technicians to assist you in handling routine scheduled maintenance as well as emergencies issues. With remote hands, our trained technicians assist in troubleshooting your network and equipment.

Colocation:
Colocation at Another 9 saves you the up-front installation costs of high speed data lines and expensive routing hardware. We eliminate the high monthly cost of your own data lines.

Web hosting and hosting business applications is a difficult task. To do it yourself you need experienced IT help, redundant and reliable high-speed Internet connections, specially conditioned power and advanced system monitoring tools. So why go it alone or do it yourself?

Some key features of our colocation service include 24-hour network monitoring, switched connectivity to our network core, 24/7 security with controlled access to the datacenter, data back-up assistance, redundant power feeders, cooling systems, Liebert UPS systems, emergency diesel generator power backup. We connect to the Net over fast, redundant fiber-optic OC-48 lines and diverse path fiber providers.

Data Backup:
Backup software and hardware must be provided and configured by the customer. We can assist in the monitoring of the backup media, e.g., changing tapes at extra cost.  We do NOT take responsibility for backup failures or restore problems. Managed backup services are available at additional cost if you do not provide your own solution.

Servers:
May be provided by the Customer at the Customer's expense. Servers may also be provisioned from us at additional monthly cost. Another 9 will assists you in the purchase and configuration of an appropriate server for your needs. We support Linux & Windows NT-2K3 Server. We Offer Half Locked Cabinets and Full Locked Cabinets, Half Open Racks and Full Open Racks, Server Colocation by the Rack Unit, Cages and Hard Walled Suites.
